The newest issue of Adjacent is finally out and available to read at rituals.cargo.site
The issue is so beautifully made, by a team of amazing editors and designers, and our ITP faculty champion Nancy Herchinger.
I wrote a short piece about j1, a drinking and gathering ritual that our class year created, and my classmate Kevin Lee made an amazing illustration for it! Kevin solicited students on the floor for a sketch of a character, and he joined them all together in a parade, marching in solitude!
I also joined some livecoders together to talk about their rituals in performing, practicing, and getting over stagefright!
I was so happy to be a part of the Adjacent team this year. I really learned a lot from my peers and am so excited to take this to the next level with Adjacent number 10 next year!!!
