I tested out my joints on a piece of project ply that I had lying around. I unintentionally made these with 0 tolerance but that turned out to be really useful because I was able to compare the snugness of each joint fit.
The bold letter I was my preferred joint because it had the snuggest fit and even if the piece is hard to fit, it would be quick to shave off a fraction of an inch.
I also want to make little acrylic inserts for the half circle shapes, which I think would be nice.
