Our Tree Friend

Tuan and I are working together to craft an animation about a tree! We share a longing to be among the trees and nature, and thought about how we could use AR to transform New York City into a forested escape. (Side note: What a great idea, to take this massive conglomerated city of pieces and bits, and transform it into something completely different)

Our animated character is a... tree! I made a quick sketch on Illustrator and the eyes and mouth gave our character so much life once I added them!
